ok well one day my friend hit me in my testicles really hard and since then they have been hurting,not like very painful but they have been hurting,and i want to know if it is a serious problem and if i should get a checkup cause it is really starting to worry me

WELL jerry how long ago was it you hit there? it could be a Physical trauma, in which could be serious, body-altering physical injury. Like i said i dont know how long you have had thid for. any thing longer than a week and you should go see your doctor.
If you are Embarrassed of showing your testicles to a doctor, which is normal for all people for the first time you might not have to show the doctor, but he might be curious and want to have a look. He will probably give you some good anti inflammatory tablets and tell you see how you go in a week or so come back if its still painful. if its not as painful i would try valtaren or herron something containing Ibuprofen. i would recommend asking your pharmacist for the right medication (if you have and disorders such as heart or liver problems.
