1. Varicocele (varicose veins of the testicles)
2.Angiokeratoma of the scrotum.
My boyfriend has Varicocele. He said it felt like a tangle of cords was inside his left testicle....it was actually a tangle of veins. We finally had to see a doctor and we found out it can cause infertility. So if you want to have kids gets to a doctor. It has to do with blood flow to keep ur balls cool. Hope this helped.
