I'm having the same thing but I have also had a hernia on that same side just above my penis that was repaired when I was a kid. However it has ruptured again and I can feel the pain go all the way to the hernia so I'm thinking mine has something to do with that? Can't afford doctor right now

For those that still have testicular pain, get a SUSPENSORY. You can find them on amazon. I use the Sport Aid (large) and I am a thin 6'0" guy. It has plenty of room and provides immensely needed support for the balls, and keeps them in FRONT of your legs, out of the way. Life saver.

It must be Vericocele, I have similar symptoms and have googled this before and it matched it to a T. Characterized by a dilation of the veins running alongside the Vas Difference causing the testicle to sometimes/always shrink and get warmer (this effects your sperm negatively; good thing we got two eh??) My left side’s Vas Dif has this “bag of worms” vein metaphor they literally use to describe it as. The reason then, it would seem, that no one gets this answer from doctors is that it’s perceived as a mostly unproblematic condition, but is known from time to time to cause the exact same pain I’m in and a lot of other people here are in too (just above, in abdomen and a little in the leg, along with the Vas Difference/Epididymis area, of course.) I have no idea what to do necessarily, a long while back before this could produce as much pain as it has just recently, I saw a specialist about it and he promptly told me it was just “a part of being a man” so I’d hope now that I can better diagnose what’s going on, along with the more acute pain, I wonder if a doctor would have more precise understanding and recommendation if I saw one again.

Gentleman, I'm a surgical PA and also experience this symptom. In non-infectious cases, it can occur to men after a vasectomy and gets worse after ejaculation. It can occur in men with any other obstructive process of the vas. If your urologist doesn't have a solution, see another urologist. There are procedures to correct the obstruction, but post-procedure scarring can produce a similar outcome.
