2 week early

for the past 1year and bit i have had periods on time to the T, i am not on any birth contol at all me and my long term partner use condoms and never had a problem and i started me period 2 weeks early and been looking up on the internet and it keeps telling me that it could be implantation or signs and symptoms of pregnacy so now i am scared that me and my partner havnet been safe at all and i could be pregnant, i am a sickly person any way but i have been feeling sick on and off and blotting and tired and moody and other things but why else would i have sarted bleeding as the internet is not giving me any answers
