I was on birth control for 5 and half years. I stopped taking the pill in May when I got married because my husband and I are eager to have a baby. I had my last normal period around Thanksgiving, I bled heavily for two days around the 8th and now it is the 14th and I am bleeding heavily again. It was suggested to me that stopping the pill may have effected my cycles but this is the first time this has happened since quitting the pill 7 months ago. I had an early miscarriage in August. My last regular check up was last year and nothing was abnormal, I also had a sonogram last year and everything looked fine. The last several months I've occasional sharp pains around the area I think my ovaries are located. It's a Friday night so I'm going crazy waiting for Monday to roll around so I can contact a doctor. I've included just about everything I can think of that might offer some insight, any thoughts on what may be wrong?
