I have had JRA for about 2 years now. I have been taking etodolac for the pain for most of that time. A few months ago i showed signs of my JRA getting worse, and my doctor prescribed sulfasalazine. unfortunatly, i had an allergic reaction to the sulfa. I recently went back to the doctor and she prescribed methotrexate. I have been reading and reading on it, and i just seem to be getting more nervous and uneasy about starting it. Can someone who has had fist hand expierences with it please let me know the pros and cons? I would so very much appriciate it.
