I used acetaminophe for fever relieving when my son was sick. I gave him 650mg every 4 hours and it didn’t help. Should I give him it more often or in greater amount? He’s 15 years old. I gave him geltabs.

You really shouldn’t do it. The maximum recommended dose for children is 650mg every 4 hours. Higher dose would not get him additional relief; it just can harm the liver. If I were you, I’d take my child to the doctor’s and ask for additional therapy and advice. You shouldn’t wait for symptoms to get worse.
