Hi, I am 28 years old and I will have a surgery on Monday. It’s nothing serious, but the pain will be unavoidable. I thought of taking ultracet because I heard it’s used for indicated for the short-term management of pain. I would really use some more information about ultracet. Thanks!

Hello! I was using ultracet before, when I had some problems with my back. I had to stop with the treatment, because I had some side effects like dizziness, drowsiness and headache. Maybe you won’t have these problems. Ultracet is a combination of two analgesics, acetaminophen and tramadol. I remember that the recommended dose was two tablets every 4 to 6 hours, with the maximum of eight tablets per day. If you are over 65 years old, you should take a lower dose. You shouldn’t take ultracet if you have liver or kidney disease, or if you had a problem with alcohol dependence. If you want to use ultracet, you have to consult your doctor first, so he could give you a proper direction.
