Well I didn't change my habits until a little less than a year in, I cut out coffee, and junk food, started meditating and doing yoga and eating really healthy and getting as much sleep as i could. And I saw pretty fast results. But I stopped cuz I thought it was gone but then it slowly came back. Now I'm dealing with the physical symptoms and trying everything I can like vitamins, different exercises, meditating, and believeing!! It may take time to heal but I'm like 100% sure we will you just gotta prioritize.

So glad I found this, currently going through to day 4. Mine is purely the bouts of diziness/ head pressure that come and go throughout the day and when I'm trying to sleep. Also having some gnarly nightmares when I can get some shuteye. Got a bit of depression that is stemming from thinking I've completely screwed my brain too which isn't helping. Definitely got a bit more hope now after reading some of these, however I would be keen to hear how some of you are currently going?

I had the same experience. It was the worst 2 months of my life. I think it would've been a lot easier handling the situation if I knew I wasn't the only one having these never ending symptoms after doing drugs, because I was feeling like I was going batshit crazy for a few weeks, especially with doctors telling me there's nothing wrong with me.. Yet it was the worst I've ever been in my entire life.
Good news for everyone out there - it really does go away, you just have to wait it out and be as calm about it as possible. Worrying made it soooo much worse. I did meditation to help with the tachycardia and sleeplessness which I do recommend.
I hope everyone here is fine now. I wouldn't wish this on my worst enemy :D

I did exactly the same.
I recommend B-complex vitamins (preferably and in a big dosage), doing yoga and meditation and focusing on always having enough sleep.
This + time to deal with everything totally helped.

I don't know if anyone is still on this thread but I took molly about 2 and a half months ago and I've been just feeling off ever since then. I get headaches and a numbness in my forehead sometimes. I found out that eating right and exercising really helps. sh*t I stopped all of that a week ago and I've convinced myself I have MS. Which nobody in my family has ever had, I just think it's this new found Anxiety really f*****g with me.

I had this problem last about a week, it was terrible. Eat bananas. (Very healthy for brain recovery) get plenty of rest. I drank pedialyft to restore electrolytes but a regular Gatorade should do. Also I took B complex vitamins! Some days where it was unbearable I smoked weed. But a week later after doing all that I was perfectly normal! Hope this helps anyone going through it

Hello there. I think i might be suffering from the same symptoms. Are you just sensitive to light or does your body feel light all the time?

Yea so I actually found out that my weird diZziness and body sensations could be coming from postular hypotension which I got along with all my other symptoms so feeling light in your body or fatigued or tingling especially after being active is because my blood doesn't reach my body parts fast enough like there is always a delay you could check your blood pressure especially when you're sitting and then when you're standing and see how much it changes but I'm still figuring it out for now I'm drinking a lot of fluid to keep my blood volume higher and eating a lot to keep my blood sugar high as well

Lets keep in touch cause It has been two now and my head and body basically feel like they are made of feathers although the meter shows I'm the same weight! It's beyond weird and combined with the almost zero flat emotional state slight dizziness and depersonalization I'd say I'm in a pretty bad state. I am also experiencing some kind of loss of depth if that makes sense and iT's hard to "feel" recollection of memories. I can't even feel sad or angry properly cause my mood is almost zero. So please If anybody i experiencing the same combination of symptoms shed some light on my case..

Hey, aftrr reading your post I was wondering if you are back to your normal self again?

I'm extremely happy that I'm not the only one experiencing this. In my case, I took an Ecstasy pill by accident by didn't know at the time. I thought it was my blood pressure medication and haVing experienced the Ecstasy " high, " I called an ambulance because I didn't know what it was at the time. After being released from the hospital I felt AWFUL!! I couldn't listen to certain sounds, if I heard ppl talking I felt nervous, I only could watch happy programs on TV, and I couldn't go outside. I have some good news and bad news. It's been about a year to this day and I feel the same way; a little better but I feel the same. The good news is that if you take about a 1 miligram Xanax, you'll feel 100% normal. I haven't taken a piece of Xanax in about 4-5 days and I feel it comng back on. I feel the blurriness, the head pressure, everything seems a little dreary; dark. Im trying to go a few more days so I can actually get a prescription for Xanax, but I'm worried that in a few days I'll feel like how i felt prior to learning that Xanax helps. I don't want to experience that anymore and I can't believe that I'm feeling like this after a year. I think in my case, it's the fact that I didn't know it was an Ecstasy pill but based on the stories I'm hearing, I probably would have been messed up anyway.

Does every thing seems a ltitle dreary; darker at night? I feel like I'm not totally 100% a part of reality, I feel like my sharpness and sense of reality has been bumped down to about 79%. Xanax will make you feel normal for a couple of days but I don't want to have to take Xanax for the rest of my life. It's been a year and this really sucks! !
