Try 5-htp. It will level out your serotonin levels. Apparently, Serotonin also controls parts of the digestive system which is why you might feel bloated, nauseous, or unable to poo. The first time I ever did Molly, I felt very anxious (I'm not normally) for almost a week and a half after. It eventually went away, but I guess not for some people. But, I hear a lot of good things about 5-htp, and most regular Molly users keep a bottle of it.

I've been dealing with this for a year and 3 months, it has improved since the first 3 months but I would say about from 10% to 40% then I've been at about 50% of what I used to be the last 3 months. It's driving me crazy too trust me. I would say exercise makes me feel the best, but it's getting the will to go to the gym which is hard. Luckily I have a buddy that I go with so it kind of makes me go which helps a lot. It's shitty I know I'm still dealing with anxiety and constant feeling of a pre panick attack when I go out. And what I'm guessing is depression too lack of energy not wanting to do anything always tired, dealing. With this drains you. But I just try to stay as positive as I can, and there is no magic solution that I have found unfortunately

11 days have past and i have gone from constant sensations to waves of sensations. Id describe the sensations as dizziness, occasional chest pains and an odd sensation i can only describe as a surge of adrenaline. I have been smoking weed daily at night a long with a ciggarette, i also drink coffee during the day. There were a few days where i did not smoke or drink anything and i felt those were the days my body made the shift from constant sensations to coming in waves. Im going to quit completley starting from now and i hope to find the time to insert some daily exercise.

I have done Molly previous to this however my dose would usually be 1-2 caps on one night and then a 4-6 week break to minimise harm. This time around i pushed my limits and did 2 caps one night and another 2 caps the next mixed with light drinking and moderate smoking of weed. A cap being anywhere between 90-120mg.

I think considering this appears to be more of a mental condition it is very very very important we maintain a positive attitude. Exercise is very important in maintaining a possitive mind and although it may feel too difficult to go outside and run you must push yourself to do it because i can ensure you sitting inside and feeling sorry for yourself is going to do nothing for you except make your condition worse. Eat healthy foods, your sugar should come from raw fruits not candy bars. Bananas especially to help replenish your serotonin. Make the effort and you will see the results guys, lets make better decisions from now on.

I should also add something that many may simply scoff at but i believe is a big contributor to what looks like a quicker recovery than others here.

Meditation.
If you can simply hold your mind still for moments throughout your day i trully believe you will be shocked at the changes in your life. How do you do make your mind still?

If you have ever noticed moments where you stare off at nothing in particular while thinking of nothing in particular while in a sort of trance like state this is in my opinion a sort of unintended meditation. Try and induce that state of mind your self and try and hold it. I can only personally describe it as a silent and still calm. Master this and your on your way to mastering any anxiety you may have and taking control over your own mind.

Hey everyone i have taken quite a bit of ecstasy in my short life and I have never felt a comedown like this. Super spacey. Really bad anxiety. Some chest pains here and there. But luckily i have a lot of great friends who have been doing the drug for years and have helped me find solutions. I was scared of feeling so damn spacey that I googled it and now I'm here. It's a relief to know its actually common and I didn't permanently mess myself up. Here's a secret. 5-HTP. It is a over the counter vitamin that restores your seratonin levels after popping ecstasy. Take its for about a week after you take ecstasy and it will definitely help your comedown. It's totally safe. BUT. I messed up and took 5-HTP BEFORE I popped Molly and it shot my seratonin thru the roof and it makes you come down a lot harder due to the fact that your body is releasing more than normal amounts of seratonin while you're rolling, which will make the comedown a lot more intense. but if you decided to take ecstasy again remember to take 5-HTP after you roll. I actually know people who literally will not take the drug unless they have 5-HTP to take the day after you roll. I hope this helps people with these symptoms that are worried about permanently messing up your brain. You're fine. You just need to let your body catch up on its seratonin. Excercise and excessive amounts of water are also crucial after ecstasy. Let me know if this helps any of you!

Thanks for your post man. I take 5-HTP to help restore my seratonin and I'm only on my 5th day of recovery from some hardcore mix of Molly weed and Hennessy. Them most intense feeling of all of this is the spaciness. You're post assured me I'll be better soon. Thanks!

I had the same thing happen to me, a few times actually. It lasted from 4 months to just 6 days. 2 things I found out were when it did happen were 1. A lot of the times piperazine was in it and that's what was causing it and 2. What I did to make it go away quick was rest a lot, I have these chewable vitamin C gummies that r 240 mg's. I would take 2 in the morning, 2 in the afternoon, and 2 at night, eat like crazy ( even though it's hard to with the dizziness and nausea ) and drink water like crazy and everytime I do that, I feel back to normal within a week. Also just stay away from alcohol and drugs until u r recovered. It's hell, but I have done that 3 times and it has cut it down to only 1 week.

I have been taking prozac for nearly a year after a bad roll on .mdma. believe me it will catch up with u eventually. U may think u have rolled good for the first few times; but it will get u screwed eventually. It will damage your brain chemicals. But don't worry. It will heal . God bless u all. Don't be scared. Drugs seem grate but they are evil! Don't compromise your loved ones!

  • According to the 2007 National Survey on Drug Use and Health, an estimated 12.4 million Americans aged 12 or older tried Ecstasy at least once in their lives, representing 5% of the US population in that age group.
  • Results of the 2007 survey indicated that 2.3% of eighth graders, 5.2% of tenth graders and 6.5% of twelfth graders had tried Ecstasy at least once.
  • 92% of those who begin using Ecstasy later turn to other drugs including marijuana, amphetamines, cocaine and heroin.

Ecstasy is emotionally damaging and users often suffer depression, confusion, severe anxiety, paranoia,1 psychotic behavior and other psychological problems.

A study by the University of Texas Center for Social Work Research found that the long-term effects of Ecstasy most frequently reported included depression and a reduced ability to concentrate. The researchers also found repeated use of Ecstasy to be associated with sleep, mood and anxiety disturbances; tremors or twitches; and memory problems.
