Does anyone had dizziness, lightheaded for many days after doing MDMA?

I had that dizziness and they were long - term as well. Usually, it happens when you take too much of MDMA especially if you haven't taken it before. I made a big mistake as well, I took 500mg and this is a lot, but since I didn't know much about it, I was like "give me whatever you will take". Look, most people take 100gm or less at the begging, but I found this. when it was late. I also felt headaches and dizziness that lasted for 7 days I think...don't worry, after a while you should be fine but you should take a break from drugs (and I hope that you will take a long, long break, while you are alive). Those MDMA effects can be really nasty.
