my last period was 4-5-08 threw 4-9-08 i had unprotected sex on the 10th of april i spotted for a few hrs later that night had sex again and i spotted again for a few hours

Your spotting is from the physical intercouse you are having, being ruputured, it is a common "thing" & not from a menstrual period... you did not say how long in between the flow of your periods you are having, and they are mostly never the same number every month, the best time for any female to become pregnate is half way plus & minus some days.
I wish to say to you and every other female in high school or early college having intercouse is to go on birth control pills & some other form, doubling up is better the not at all, and become pregnate because of it. it will help with the periods also that is a big plus
