Am I miscarrying or over thinking things?

The last time I had sex was around august 15 and on th 18th i got my period. but then I started getting weird symptoms and fluttering in my abdomen aroung the 7th of september, on the 13th of sep i felt weird(sore breasts, tiredness, etc) so i took a store test and it came out positive. I was really stressed at the time and started getting cramping pains. On the 15th i spotted light red 1 day and brown the next two. I missed my period on the 18 so I took another test on the 28th and this time negative. The cramping started getting worse especially when when i would get upset. So today I went to a small office and took another test and negative again. A few hours ago i went to the restroom and wiped light pink. FIVE MINUTES later I felt like I had a full bladder and when I wiped there was nothing! One hour ago, I was laying in bed and started feeling bleeding as if a period. I am scared to go to the bathroom. Is this a miscarriage or a period
