hi i am 15 years old and i am a muslim...i started masterbating 1 year ago..i used to masterbate around twice a day for the first 5 months. However i have reduced it to around once in 4 days. I wanna completely stop masterbating but find it very difficult.. ANY TIPS ON AVOIDING IT???

i started to masterbate when i was 11 years old xD and after masterbating i would always feel ashamed of myself. I probably masterbate like 4 times a week. i used to masterbate like 5 times a day xD but i am american and i would like some tips of how i can at least control the tempation. oh by the way im 14 now.
