Hey,

after years of having occasional psoriasis flare-ups, mostly around my hairline and on my neck, I've noticed red, scaly patch appearing on my penis. Of course, I saw my dermatologist he prescribed triamcinolone topical cream to use for 5 days and that worked. But only for two weeks at most, and than it started to get back.

After I did my own research, most people do not recommend using steroid products like triamcinolone on your penis, but if I can't use that, than what other option do I have? I realize this is not that common situation, but I hope someone will be able to share at least some advice,

thanks in advance

Often what works best is to find the “trigger,” which is often a  harsh soap or laundry detergent.  Switching to something milder can help.  Also, keeping the penis well moisturized is a good idea; try using a reliable penis nutrient cream (health professionals recommend Man1 Man Oil).  Look for a cream that has  a natural emollient, such as shea butter, as well as vitamin E.
