I to have been taking Trazodone for depression and to help me sleep.. it works great. Have been taking it for about 4 months.
But now been told by my pharmacy they cannot get the Trazodone, as it's not available .. has anyone else had problems ??
can I get it from some other pharmacy (I use Tesco pharmacy) .. help !!!

Try buying your Trazodone "on line" from Canada like so many other Americans do. Drugs up here are way cheaper than in the US

I believe there are a couple of companies operating out of Winnipeg, Manitoba. Don't know how you can make content. You'll probably have to research it a bit. Still business from Americans must be quite brisk to keep companies like this in business.
I know when I used to live in Vancouver, bus loads of seniors would come up to Vancouver from Seattle and Portland on a monthly basis just so they could get their prescriptions filled at roughly 50% below their cost in the U.S.
Why are drugs cheaper in Canada? Well, our federal Govt. negotiates deals with the drug companies and then bulk buys. Works out great for us, though there are many people in the U.S. calling it Socialism or even communism, which is far from the truth. It's just our federal Govt looking out for its citizens. I'm originally from Australia and that country has medical policies very similar to Canada.

I live ub the UK. cant just buy these products on-line. sometimes i wish things were that easy !!! We have to go see our GP then they wright out a prescrption .. you take in to the local pharmacy .. get your tabs. If doc thinks you don't =need these .. you don't get !!!

Trazodone it has it's ups and downs. Ups are just that, erection you could hurt with a hammer. The down part is down for 8 hours of sleep. You really can't beat their one.

I should perhaps have been a bit more clearer. Americans have to have a doctor's prescription to obtain drugs on line from Canada.
People travelling from Portland and Seattle to Vancouver by bus, same thing, but there was a doctor's office set up in the first community on the Canadian side of the border. Everyone on the bus would see the Canadian Dr., show their American prescription, and the Canadian Dr. would then write the same script for them to use at a Canadian pharmacy. All this information I gleaned from newspapers and TV news. I have not had personal experience. Americans getting scripts filled in Canada has at times caused concerns as there have been times when it has caused shortages on certain products here in Canada. Canadians have often pressured our Govt to put a stop to it, but last I heard they had not.

I just wanted to mention that I tried Trazedone 2X previously with terrible side effects . My new Dr. suggested I try again as she was reluctant to prescribe other sleeping meds . Have taken 25 mg the past few nights and pretty good so far except for grogginess in the morning . I think if you have had problems with it in the beginning, perhaps dose is too high.

Been taking trazodone 50 mg for two months now for sleep. It has worked great for that. The first few days, waking up was rough, but after that, it was fine. The only complaint I have is my pharmacist neglected to tell me that it can cause sensitivity to sunlight. I went put to a lake fishing, outside for two hours, and now have third degree sunburn on my right leg and arm. So there's that.

i take it off and on for sleep it workds wonders i did not know it can cause sunburns i take 150 mgs and cut the oill when i feel like i dont need tht much
