If you are in the first trimester of pregnancy, you should avoid all the drugs, even vitamin supplements. Aspirin causes Rey’s syndrome in babies and it should be avoided until the age of 15. It can also cause malformation in cardiovascular system of baby if taken during last three months. Check your blood pressure if your headache persist.
