Eating healthy food is an important part of overall good health. Each and every one of us needs a little fat in our diet. Generally fats are of two types, they are saturated and unsaturated fats. If we intake too much of saturated fat, therefore possibility of developing heart disease. we should try to prefer foods that contain unsaturated fats such as vegetable oils and oily fish, there is possibility of controlling overweight, cholesterol and also possibilities of preventing heart disease. Vegetables oils and fish oily contains Omega-3 fatty acid. Since they are heart-healthy fats and thus useful in improving the blood platelets cells for better blood flow.The American Heart Association has also recommended that people should eat oily fish at least twice a week because it is source of Omega-3 fatty acid.
