birth control pills after abortion

i had medical abortion 2 weeks ago. i had heavy bleeding and passed lots of large clots. i started to use
birth control pills (its also my first time to use it) right after. my bleeding lasted for 8 days and now i have
weird discharge. its yellowish and brownish in color and creamy. no smell at all and i have no pain.

is this due to the birth control pills? or am i still pregnant?is this an infection?

i had no sexual contact since and i did not put anything inside my vagina.

can any advice me please. i greatly appreciate it. thanks.
