So this is embarrassing, but every time i have my period , or so i think, black stuff comes out of my vagina and i don't think its blood left over from my last periods because it is solid like soot or Mabey it is, idk. This has been happening in the beginning of my periods for about three months now. im 15 yrs old and a virgin. please help i don't know what to do and if i should be worried or what is happening. please help me and thank you for taking the time to answer my question.

this not only might very well be the blood from your previous period, but it also might be just the clotted blood from your current period. I'd bet on the first option simply because you say the consistency of it is solid, but clotted blood gets fairly dark and thick, as well.
Either way, this is something normal for someone your age and at the start of your menstrual cycle. It's common and expected for periods to be a bit odd the first few months, even years, once you start getting them,
