And this gooey White stuff is coming out of my private part and it has been bothering me it has been coming out since I was 13 and keep on coming out. think it could be my pee or it might be my period but it is not and worried that I might smell bad. What can it be. And yes my period has come out on vacation.

It's called discharge. It is completely normal. During menstration you will see it more often. Just keep an eye out if the appearance changes or if it itches.
