I'm a 29 year old female and I am concerned because right after I have an orgasm I bleed. I also get a sharp cramp like pain after orgasm which I've noticed occurs a week or so before my menstrual cycle. it's crazy because I'll actually connect the two. if I get a cramp, my period will follow shortly. is this normal? now take in mind that I have never been on birth control nor do I have any children. I'm std free. what's going on?
