I was with my boyfriend on the weekend, an its wasnt my first time nore his, but after we had finished having sex, we noticed blood on his top... than he called me an said it must have been me, then i googled it an found all this cancer stuff, is there anything more simple that it could be...? ... Its scaring me... why would this happen?

Did you tear your hymen the first time you had sex? If you did then it might have heeled over, and you just tore it again. Unless it was massive amounts of bleeding you should be okay.
