The blood in semen is definitely not how a healthy semen should look like, so you should examine it. When we are talking about blood in the semen, this issue is also known as hematospermia. Prostate biopsy is the most common cause of the blood in the semen. Now, when you take a look at the bigger picture, blood in the semen can be caused by so many different things, such are tumors, infections, anatomical abnormalities, stones, or inflammation etc. So, whenever you notice it, you need to know that this is not a sign of something good and go to your doctor. Soon!

What I mean is that you don’t have any additional pain during sex, ejaculation, urination, bowel movements, etc…?
What about anatomical abnormalities like swelling in the scrotum or similar?
Although it could be nothing much and be just a sequence of blood vessel rupture or something, it could also be a sign that there is an inflammation, infection, blockage, or injury somewhere in the male reproductive tract or that there is an underlying disease of the urethra, testicles, epididymis, or prostate.
What tests did the urologist perform?
If the blood goes away on its own soon, it could mean that there was an inflammation of the seminal vesicles. However, if the blood in semen persists, you should see a urologist again and have further analysis of semen, urine or an ultrasound.
Men who suffered from hematospermia (blood in semen) without an apparent cause usually suffer from repeated episodes.

Kwad22 may be describing the extreme sensitivity of the glans just prior to and after orgasm. That would be normal. However, the blood appearing in connection with sex has me worried.
i would make tracks to go see a urologist This doesn't sound right to me.
And, it may be the early signs of something that can be corrected before it becomes more serious.
Good luck, Kwad22.
