You know, the thing that sucks about the internet is all we have got in this thread is a bunch of people LOOKING for answers, but no one coming back to give the answer. We are a bunch of terrified girls all finding this same thread...feeling a little better because we are not alone, but not getting any REAL kind of answer at all.
So I intend to come back to this thread when I find out the answer!!! For the next person who lands here.
My symptoms are these:
I swear heightened sense of smell or maybe I am being paranoid??!
HARD, SORE nipples! ouch + stressful! Am I pregnant???
I took the Plan B pill 6 days ago, and another one like 9 days ago. Had unprotected sex both times, with pull-out.
I am really just an id**t, because this little calculator thing said I was ovulating and I knew it, but I was so in love that I was dumb :-( It's one thing to be an id**t, it's much worse KNOWING you are an id**t :-( I hate this feeling, and I hate how the clinic is so judgmental :/ I am hard enough on myself!
What I want to know is why did my nipples start hurting like 4 or 5 days AFTER taking the second set of pills? Is that really from the pill? Or am I pregnant?
I swear I am just going crazy, can't sleep. Etc. I took a preg. test at planned parenthood because the nurse told me to come in, but then they said it was way too early and so of course my test was negative. They told me to come back in a week and a half to do a REAL test.
So I will try to remember to post my results here so we can finally know if all these signs are just the dumb pill or if we are really pregnant! If anyone else finds this thread before I (remember to) reply, please reply and maybe it will notify my email and I can give you answers.... :-)
I want to help anyone who is terrified like me!

As far as your periods being late, that's also another side effect. Unless your period is more than a week late, don't worry. Plan B messes with your cycle a bit, so it's normal to spot, have an early period or have a late period.
I read one person come back and say she was pregnant. From my understanding, she took Plan B more than 75 hours after having unprotected sex and the chances that it will work after 24 hours goes down. If you take it within 24 hours, it is 95% likely to work and every day later, the chances diminish.
I've also read that a few of your did not have your boyfriends ejaculate in you. In that case, the chances you're pregnant are already small and if you combine that with Plan B, it's almost impossible. It's actually quite difficult to get pregnant. For couples who are actually trying, the chances are about 25% every month.
So again, if you took plan B, please take a look at their site of other sites where side effects are listed. Breast tenderness and a slightly delayed period are side effects.
Good luck to you all!

This thread is REALLY helpful. I am going through the exact same thing as all of you. Took the Plan B one day after my period, within 24 hours of the "incident", and got a 5 day period about 4 days later. It was actually a pretty heavy period for me, so I was sure the Plan B did the trick. NOW, 2 weeks later, my boobs are massive and swollen- and in the last 24 hours I've had a spell of nausea and diarhia. (Sorry for the graphic description- just trying to be detailed.) I'm assuming that it's way too soon to have symptoms of pregnancy and I'm doubly relieved now that I've read that others are experiencing the exact same effects. I've taken the Plan B before and didn't have anything like this happen- maybe it has something to do with when in your cycle you drop in all of those hormones.
I'd really like to know if anyone who posted on this thread ended up pregnant (or not) so I can rest easy that it's just a fluke.

I am experiencing the same thing. Before this incident my period was june 1st, I had sex on the last two days of ovulation which was the 1st and 2nd. I took the plan b on the 1st. since then I had my period for 4 days and the blood flow was regular and no clots. I did have some cramping but not too bad. Ever since that period my breast are sore, I have been somewhat emotional, bloating, and now I have a small amount of milk comming out. I think this may be a miscarriage. I have had one before but I was in so much pain that I laid in bed for 2 days. When I was pregnant with my first daughter, I didnt get milk until after having her. Maybe there was no clots because it was so early? I have taken 2 pregnancy test and both were neg. but maybe too early to tell. Today is july 16th....So confused :(
P.S. Android phones have an app called "My Days" that keeps track of your period and tells you when you are ovulating. It is amazing!!!
