To whomever this may concern,

I have only had one partner while I've been sexually active *since I was 17 -- now I am 20* but last week I slept with a new guy who I am not very familiar with. This happened on Thursday (it is now Monday) and ever since then, I have experienced some odorless thick brownish/reddish discharge and mild gas-like cramps in my lower right abdomen. I have been on birth control for about 2 months now (microgestin). My first boyfriend's penis was not very large, whereas my second partner's penis was extremely large. Could the penis size have something to do with my symptoms, or should I be worried about a possible STD? If so, how do I go about asking my doctor how to get tested for STDs? Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Did he wear a condom?? if he was huge he could have penatrated too deep and tore some tissues and the cramping is probably just gas, anything is possible but std's dont have symptoms that quick so i wouldnt worry too much, you should still go get a full check up at a gynocoligist (cant spel it) just to make sure, it cant hurt.

He wore a condom, but not the whole time. I actually started my period yesterday, even though I am on the pill and I still have another week left before I'm supposed to start... or at least I'm pretty sure it's my period. I should not be bleeding this much if it's not a period. I also have menstrual cramps and bloading. When do the symptoms of STDs begin to surface? This is my biggest concern.

i'd hate to tell you this must pretty much all STD's have no signs or symptons (dont you see that commercial on mtv) youd have to go get checked out.
