I totally agree because although you might feel ashamed, the doctor has a responsibility and an obligation not to talk about your treatment so don't let that stop you from getting help. Lady do you happen to know what kind of STD it would be? I can't tell myself.

I am aware that this was posted two months ago, but I am currently going through the same situation. For a couple of days, I noticed that I am having a burning sensation at the top of my penis and it is really uncomfortable. It is not that painful, just when I urinate, but also I noticed that I don't have this normal penile discharge as I used to have. Also, I noticed that I am urinating more than I used to. That is all.
