I had sexual intercourse with a female the other day, the next day I started feeling a tingling burning sensation on my penis, kind of like if you put medicated gold bond on. I have also been having pain in my left testicle, not a sharp unbearable pain more just like a dull pain. My penis looks normal, I have been urinating more frequently but that kind of comes and goes. The sensation goes away in the shower but usually comes back it kind of feels that i still need to relieve myself but there is nothing left. My scrotum also often feels cooler to the touch than normal. there is no itching, no discharge or anything else. Im really scarred that it is an std but im having trouble finding information on why this would all occur the day after. I am 20 years old.

Hey, I am in the same boat, I hope your doing better for your sake and mine. I am going to visit a doctor as well as study the symptoms and try and pair the right foods and herbs to help. How are your symptoms?

Yeast infection, urinary tract infection or sensitivity to latex condoms can cause these issues. Your doctor is the best source of advice on this, but any of these could cause the burning sensation, as well as itching, rash or spots on the skin. You might consider using a penis health crème (health professionals often recommend Man1 Man Oil) to soothe irritated skin and help to rejuvenate any damaged tissue. Keep in mind that infections such as UTI need to be treated with antibiotics, so getting a professional opinion is important.
