ok, a couple of days ago i was masterbating and right before i ejaculated i pinched right at the tip of my penis because i didnt want to make a mess. when i pinched it i started ejaculating then i felt a small/moderate pinch in the portion of my penis right under the head, and emediatly let go... i found a small amount of blood in my ejaculate and i am kinda worried. there was a drop of blood in my underwear when i woke up the other day also but no blood at all during the day, just when i wake up. it hurts alittle when i have to urinate alot at one time. and the burning lasts for about maybe 2 or three minutes. obviosly i am not masterbating until the burning goes away. what should i do, drink a buch of cranberry juice and hope for the best... i cant see a doctor right now because i have no insurance here..
