I always take my birth control pills at the same time every night except for one day when I forgot. I took it immediately the next morning when I remembered. Now my period is a day late and I am a little concerned. I took a pregnancy test and it came back negative but I still don't have my period. Could missing one pill interfere with my period and make it come late?
