ok so here is my dilema:

I was recently pregnant (got pregnant using Gonal F + Hcg Shot + timed intercourse) with triplets. Went into preterm labor at 18 weeks and my babies died a few minutes after birth. :'( This happened Aug 5th 2012 (about 7w ago). I had the "normal" discharge for about 4 weeks and it completely stopped. Ive never had a normal period (i have to take provera for it to come and i have pcos.) So anyways, this past Monday I had some pain around my ovaries which I was told it may be that im trying to ovulate. Then the next day when I went to the bathroom to pee I noticed a dime size drop of blood that was bright red. After that I saw a little bit of blood when I wiped but nothing on my undies. Then after that nothing happened. Took an EPT test but got a BFN... :-) Then all of a sudden yesterday I started seeing brown spotting when I wipe, it stopped, and today it started again. But it's only when I wipe, nothing on my undies... Has anyone had this happen? I called the clinic and spoke to the nurse and she said the dr will be calling me before EOD today. I havent had any cramping at all so I am very confused... Someone please help!
