Hi all try to explain as best and short as i can. 

I finished my period about a week or 2 ago, and since then i have had like a light period. No pain, no discomfort. when i go to the toilet and wipe its a light brown color, but sometimes have gone and there has been a bit of my undies (red) is this something to worry about ? I do miss use the pill, forget to take it etc! Could it be my body cleaning out ? Help :(
