I have been taking Aleve over the last year for a knee injury. Two months after surgery I noticed my period was 2 1/2 weeks as opposed to normal 23-26 day cycle. I stopped taking the Aleve and the periods returned to normal. 6 months later I started taking Aleve again and once again my periods were every 2 1/2 weeks. Is it possible that this medication is causing a hormonal imbalace which would cause the frequent periods?
