Normal lung tissue appears as clear in an x-ray. Fluids, scarring, or infections can cause "denisities." Linear densities are "lines" that appear. It can be from aging or can indicate other problems as it is an indication that the lung is not expanding fully - atelectasis.
The apilocolordotic view is an x-ray taken from an angle to better image the tops, apices, of the lungs, that's all.
You do need further testing. It may include a sputum analysis and possibly a biopsy.
