Hello,

you should definitely get an opinion from the specialist, but these results seem to point that everything is within normal limits, as far as the shape of your heart, diaphragm and lungs are concerned. Only the first part, 'Prominent hila with accentuated vascular markings' might be important, depending on the exact location of the marks. Most of them are usually caused by a respiratory infection, but if you had heart problems relatively recently, that might have left its trace. But like I said, you really do need someone who can see your x ray and tell you what it shows in relation to your medical history,

Wish you all the best,

Nicole
