I had avery bad sneezing spell yesterday due to a cold. Now my ears are plugged and today at work I got up to go for lunch and I got very dizzy not just lightheadness but he room actually spun. I sat down for awhile and I was still dizzy. Maybe it lasted about 15 second. What is the cause of this. I came home to rest
