I have had fibromyalgia for years and I was on Cymbalta for about a year and then I went to a pain management specialist that took me off of Cymbalta and put me on Savella January of this year the side effects of the change were horrible. I got very angry aggressive during the first month. After awhile is calmed down but I still get angry easily. So I went to the Dr. yesterday because I wanted him to prescribe adderall because I am constantly falling asleep, sleepy and I cant concentrate. But instead he put me on this regimen that he heard of at a conference to help people with fibromyalgia it consists of taking four pills in the morning which are Cymbalta, Wellbutrin, Neurontin (3x's per day)and Nuvigil then take trazodone at night to go to sleep which I don't have a problem with. I want to sleep all the time. So he took me off one pill and now I'm taking five and I'm scared. I want to know if anyone else has tried this, if its a common regimen and if it works.
