Concerta and anxiety

So I was on concerta (54mg) in high school and was a Varsity cheerleader and a size 2. My grades were great. But besides school and cheer I didn't have a social life. I was also on Prozac (30mg) after leaving my family I stopped taking both of these meds (with a doctors approval) Now I just started back up again because I feel it will help me get more accomplished in my life. Now I'm 170lbs and depressed. Just last night I experienced my first anxiety attack. It was very very stressful and I ended up crying myself to sleep. I want to know, because I do have severe add, if there is a medication for anxiety that I can take while on my concerta. I don't want to be on Prozac because it takes so long to enter and work in your body (6-8 weeks). Please help me
