For the past month I have had diarrhea at least once a day, sometimes twice a day. I have to urinate every 8-10 minutes even if I haven't drunk any fluids and if I have to hold it for longer than an hour then I feel full and nauseous. About a week after this started I went on the depo shot. A week after that I my breasts swelled and became sore signaling the approach of my period but it didn't come. The next day I began to get hot flashes and chills late at night and in the morning and started running fevers between 99.9- 100.4. When that started I also began feeling more and more fatigued, to a point nowwhere I have to take a day off from classes once a week because I need to rest and sleep 12-14 hours straight (still wake up to go back to sleep for 7 hours on my usual schedule). My temperature is now a consistent 99.3 when it is usual 96.7 - 98.1. I have a history of chronic migraines so bad I have to where sunglasses at night (not joking) and to watch tv in my home, lately they have gotten so bad I feel painful twinges behind my eyes, pressure in my ears so great I have lost 2% of my hearing in both ears. My heart rate is fastest before I go to bed and when I wake up in the morning, with it pounding hard in my chest. In between those times it feels as if it is fluttering and/or skipping beats at which point I feel continually light headed and dizzy. Last week I began spotting, very light flow with a coloration of red to brown then back. Then I began getting periodic intense cramping that starts on my left side and then spreads either gradually or rapidly to the other side. This in contrast to my usual 6-8 days of heavy flow with intense crippling cramping nonstop from day 1-5. The bleeding and cramping has been going on for over 12 days now consistently filling 3/4 of a light tampon every 4 - 6 hours when usually I would fill an entire ultra tampon every 3 hours. For the past week I have noticed veins or lines of blood within the solids of my diarrhea and the smell of blood in contrast to a more normal smell (unfortunately have a good nose with an above average sense of smell) it is also different from the smell of the blood leaking vaginally. I have also noticed lines of blood when whipping back there. I don't expect much, for someone to have a full answer on what is the matter with me, but anything might help. I have been tested for STDs and pregnancy and all negative, was going to have a pap done, but the doctor told me they couldn't do one while I was bleeding. And don't know when I am going to stop bleeding. Any thoughts?
