Hi,

I am a 31 year old female with twin toddlers (almost 2 years).

I am extremely nauseous almost all the time (for almost 3 weeks now).  I have done various pregnancy tests and am definitely not pregnant.  I have no appetite (mostly due to the fact that whatever I eat or drink comes out almost immediately in the form of a foamy yellow bitter acid vomit).  It doesnt seem to be a stomach bug as nobody else is suffering like me.  I have sharp pains in my abdomen at random intervals (exactly like period pains - which I very seldom get) leaving me clutching my stomach for +/- 3 seconds at a time. My cycle has not been affected what so ever and even the smell of food makes me nauseous. I feel extremely shakey and quite dizzi to the extent that I have a constant "nauseous" headache if you get one.  I have tried taking VALOID tablets, but this was futile.  I have tried having black tea and toast to settle my stomach, but that too failed.  Help me please - I almost think my body is bullying me into bulimia!

I'm not sure my 1st comment got through. Change to a heath food toothpaste--you may have developed a sensitivity to flouride, which is in most dental products and even some teas.If you are gagging when you wash your teeth, this is a sure sigh of sensitivity (I call it poison).

If your like me, you should recover in only 3 days. Also try magnesium, vitamin D3, and potassium ( I was low in these) and decease you iron intka. Google "toothpaste and nausea" and "Flourid and control of prison camp inmates"--you''ll find thounsands of horror stories related to flourid.

My first post went to the wrong person. Change to a heath food toothpaste--you may have developed a sensitivity to flouride, which is in most dental products and even some teas.If you are gagging when you wash your teeth, this is an indication of sensitivity.
