Hello, can anyone tell me if they have had this problem?  I was first diagnosed with PND 16 yrs ago after the birth of my first child.  I have been on and off antidepressants ever since.  In the last 10 years I have had mild manic episodes followed by a depressed period.  It doesn't happen all the time but every couple of months.  I am currently taking 20mg of Lexapro and have since read that antidepressant medication can actually make the symptoms of mania worse? My pyschologist believes I actually have cyclothymia not depression.
