I felt a small knot on the inside of my wall of the flap of vagina. I am concerned because I have never had anything like this. I am not sexually active. Is there anything I can do to heal this?

I take very good care of myself.

Oh one more thing, I do not wear panties with my pants, could this cause the knot?
