I don't know what's wrong and I've tried to looks this up and it's freaking me out because no one seems to know about it. The right side of my vagina, where the "lip" I guess you could call it is, it stretched. I don't know if this is a serious problem or not, that's why I wanted to ask because I'm scared. I'm only 13, almost 14, and I know this isn't normal. It's just like a flap of skin, there's no other way to describe it. Is this serious?

Your lips are known as labia, there are the labia minora and the labia majora, aka the outside ones where your pubic hair grows, and the inside ones that 'frame' your vaginal cavity.
When girls reach puberty the labia generally grow or stretch, sometimes unevenly. It's perfectly natural, I personally have longer, uneven inner labia and if you think it looks 'ugly' or anything, don't worry about it, I've never had any derogatory comments.
However, if you find that the labia minora (or even majora) grow to the extent that acts such as sitting or riding a bike painful because of the labia, there is corrective surgery to 'trim them down' so to speak.
Hope this helps.

It sounds like nothing to worry about. Have you been sexually active? If not, it sounds like it could just be your hymen. It could have already been stretched or broken on the other side, but that side is still in tact. It will tear when you first have sex (a little painful, but it only hurts once), then you won't even see it anymore. Don't worry, you're perfectly normal. If you're really concerned, see a female doctor...

I would hope at 13 you are not sexually active.
Anyways. It really isn't anything to worry about. If you are referring to the external lips, all women are made different.
Seventeen did an article on this issue a couple of years ago and it was very informative and helpful. Most women actually have one lip that is larger than the other. It will appear to be stretched.
