I'm fourteen and I've noticed today that I have what I think are pimples on my cliturius and and the inside and outside of the flap part on my vagina. I haven't tails anyone yet and I'm not sexually active. There was one that was bigger than the others and whiter so I pooped it and puss came out.. But I can't seem to pop the other ones.I'm worried because the ones on the inside ad outside of the flap part, dosnt look like pimples.. They are flat.. And odd sgaped but berry tiney.. And there are alotttt
I don't know if this is just the skin or something to be concerned about. But they are only noticeable when I pull on it.
Im also wondering if it is just something from maturing?
Is there anything I can do at home to help it to go away if they are pimples??

they are NOT pimples honey! They are called Fordyce Spots, you have them on your genitalia, the inside of your lip, and the inside of your eyelid! They are just mucous filled pores - to keep the areas moist! And you will see them more as puberty goes along! Just keep the area clean, and you will have NO problem with zits etc. hope this helps!
