I am 13 and this morning I found my self having dark brown discharge with some blood in it. Also after wiping the toilet paper was bloody. Is this me about to get my period or like what the heck?

It's probably your period, honestly ask your mom or an adult to help you. It seems scary at first but then soon gets easier once your parent provide you with the tools you need. I'm 14 and got my period last Christmas.
