I was on the depo injection for 3 years. I actually lost loads of weight and had no problems with bleeds. I came off it simply (stupidly..) because I thought it was a good idea to change every now and then. BAD MOVE I've gained so much weight again and still eat the same! My periods are every other week! I'm going back on it tomorrow!!
