Hi, I have problems with arthritis and now because of it I have problems with my kidneys. How is that possible? Well I suspect that it is because of the medicine I have been using for my arthritis called diclofenac sodium. I have been taking it for few months and now I have pains in kidney. Is it really possible or it is just my imagination?

No, it is not your imagination. If you have take more then you should, your daily dose should not be over 75 mg twice a day, and it is possible that diclofenac can cause fluid retention and because of that, you may experience kidney problems. If you have overdose you may experience some other symptoms like nausea and vomiting. These ate not mild complications so a visit to a doctor might be needed.
