Okay. So I just switched brands of birth control pills at the beginning of August. The whole month of August, I had a brown vaginal discharge, enough that I had to use a panty liner all month. Then, I got a normal period. This last month, I didn't have the discharge for a couple weeks...and then I had sex last Thursday (with a condom) and the day after I started getting the same brown discharge again. I also have a little bit of abdominal pain (but my period is supposed to come Sunday, so maybe it has to do with that?) I've read numerous places that brown discharge and lower abdominal pain could be a sign of an STD. The guy I had sex with told me that he gets tested every 6 months and has nothing, but you never know. Should I be worried about an STD? Thanks so much
