On Feb 4th, my girlfriend gave me a lap dance that lead to dry humping. We were fully clothed during both times. When she gave me a lap dance, she forgot to put something between us like a folded shirt or towel. She didn't stay on top me that long...maybe 1-3 minutes. I don't know if I precummed when she gave me a lap dance, but my penis was pointing downwards. I wasn't really that worried.
After that, we put a folded shirt between us when we were having dry sex. I knew I precummed because I felt something. I know it's impossible to get pregnant if her and I are fully clothed with something between us.
So anyways, she had a nosebleed for a week. It could be from her allergies or maybe blowing to hard. Also at school, her Medical class was teaching how to draw blood from each other. I think they've been doing that for 2 weeks. She told me that a lot of she could've lost a lot of blood because they nearly had to fill the tube. She hardly sleeps because of work during the weekend and she wakes up early around 5 in the morning to catch the 6 o'clock bus from my place. She also hardly eats during school because she goes straight to class. She also has been having a lot of stress because of school, homework, and her younger siblings.
She told me lastweek that she had mild cramps for 2-3 days. She said it didn't hurt, but she can feel it from both sides of her body. I also found out that she had small red spots a couple days ago. She described the size as a pencil lead tip. That lasted for two days...
Should I be worried?
Maybe her period is being late because of lack of sleep, food, and a lot of stress. Is it also possible for losing a lot of blood that could've effected the missed/late period?
I don't know...this is the first time it happened....
I need an answer...please?
Thank you
PS: I'm using my girlfriend's account BTW...:-)

My pregnant girlfriend told me that her period is late because she is stressed and she is not sleeping enough. There are some things that happen that obviously are bothering her, so this all affects her hormonal balance. Also, she is telling me right now that symptoms of pregnancy and that time when you are about to get your period are pretty much the same, so girls don't recognize the difference between it. Those cramps are the result of preparation to get her period, so I don't think that both of you need to be scared. Sure, a pregnancy test can do a lot about it but all those things that you have mentioned are the main culprit why her period is late.
