i have excess skin around my urethra around the tip of my penis (I have been circumcised ) it makes passing urine difficult at best and sleeping with soneone impossible I can sometimes peel it off but its very difficult and hurts though when I do its normal skin underneath no matter how much of it im able to remove it always comes back a few days after and it takes weeks before I stand a chance at peeling it off again not only is this very unconfortable but also bringing my self esteem down and it looks bad its not an sti/std as iv never slept with anyone but this completely stops me from doing so
